Näppänen serves delicious meals from the Kalakontti food truck in Puumala, as well as at events all around Finland! We also offer catering services and private events.

You can find us at our familiar spot in Puumala Harbor Market during the summer season, open daily. Our menu will feature classics such as fried vendace, fish & chips, lake fish burgers, and fresh salads with smoked fish.

Who are we?

Näppänen is a food truck run by two friends. We’ve worked in kitchens across Finland, from Lapland to Savonia, gaining experience with a variety of seasonal cuisines. We were given the amazing opportunity to continue the highly regarded Kalakontti food truck services, so you’ll find us in the familiar spot at Puumala Harbor Market.

We also have top-quality BBQ smoking operations with a focus on meat dishes.
